    Steps to reproduce:
    When I try use commands like: /ires ban usage 1503

    Expected Output:
    Notting happens and I see on chat: "/ires".

    Actual Output:
    I see on chat: "/ires".

    Plugin Version:
    1.4

    MCPC+ 1.5.2 #646
    MODPACK: Direwolf v2 v1.1.3

    I am going to attempt a fix after decompiling the plugin. If you are interested I can link you the fixed version (if it works)
