Added support for Korean language.

Fall damage is much more accurate and scaled similar to vanilla values as a %.

Changed a few words in the default language-en.yml file.

Automatically update default spigot caps on Health, Speed and Damage.

It's now easier to add custom items to the config with the new commands. For example, if you wanted to add a custom sword as a tool you would hold the item in your hand and enter /ils custom tool Ultimate Sword or if you wanted to add a custom chestplate to the armour list you would hold the item in your hand and enter /ils custom armour chest Unbreakable Chestplate.

The /ils repair command has been changed to allow everyone with the ils.repair permission to use it but if the player is not an OP or doesn't have the ils.admin permission then it will charge the player similar to if they clicked the workbench to repair the item in their hand. If they don't have the ils.repair or ils.admin permission and they're not an OP then the command will do nothing.

Fixed a bug that was causing items with lore but without the Durability stat to be unbreakable.

Fixed a bug preventing fall damage from returning an incorrect value.

Weapon Speed no longer has an affect on the actual attacks per second until a future update.
