Changelog

Quick fix that caused ILS to fail when enabling on some versions. (5.56 happened to be dev build)

Changed the default upgrade values for stats so they're easier to read. Stats will still upgrade by the same amount.

Weapon Speed no longer has an affect on the actual attacks per second until a future update.
