Fixed a major bug causing items to be duplicated on pick up.

Fixed a bug in the PrepareItemCraft event.

Few changes to the recent SkillAPI changes in the last ILS update.

Hoes, Flint and Steel and Fishing rods no longer lose durability when breaking a block with that item.

Added an option to disable the mana stat updates from ILS for SkillAPI. Toggled under the skillAPIOnlyStats section.

Added an option to disable the mana stat updates from ILS for Heroes. Toggled under the heroesOnlyStatssection.

Weapon Speed has no affect on the actual attacks per second.
Item upgrading temporarily disabled till the next update.
