1 Minor bug fix.

Health regen works correctly.

/ils stats now shows the correct damage.

Items with a single value for damage will now upgrade correctly.



You MUST delete your language files if updating from v3.93 or below otherwise this WILL cause errors. I would also recommend deleting your config.yml as well so there are no errors produced from an old config.
