5 Minor bug fixes.

Small code cleanup

Better error notification to alert ops that the language files are out of date and are the cause of some errors (You will have to delete all language configs before updating).

Durability stat is now displayed correctly on the vanilla durability bar video here.

Health can now be displayed visually on the Boss bar when using BarAPI plugin alongside Item Lore Stats video here. You will need to install BarAPI with Item Lore Stats to have this feature.

"Blaze Rod", "Shears" and "String" have been added to the tool list for available stats.

Default durability no longer applied to sticks when crafting as it didn't make much sense to the player.

Weapon speed can now have random value applied (slow, fast or normal) by setting weaponspeed in the mob configs to random.

Delete your language files if you're updating from v2.91 or below, otherwise this WILL cause errors. Though it isn't always required I do recommend deleting your config.yml
