iPvp
This is a simple plugin for control pvp matches. Are you in the pvp arena you hit on a sign and your inventory would be cleared and you get a sword and armor. In the config.yml you can setup what a sword and what a armor the player get.

Commands
/pvp - lists all Plugin commands.
/pvp matches - Shows all matches until now.
/pvp config - Shows the actually configuration.
/pvp admin - list all admin commands.
/pvp admin clear - Remove all matches from the database.
/pvp admin config sword [ItemID] - Set the sword in the config to the ItemID.
/pvp admin config helmed [ItemID] - Set the helmed in the config to the ItemID.
/pvp admin config armor [ItemID] - Set the armor in the config to the ItemID.
Permissions
ipvp.* - Give all access of the iPvp Plugin.
ipvp.matches - Give access to show all matches.
ipvp.config - Give access for show the configuration.
ipvp.admin.* - Give all access for the admin commands.
ipvp.admin.clear - Give the access for the clear-command.
ipvp.admin.config.* - Give all acess for the admin config commands.
ipvp.admin.config.sword - Give access for set the sword configuration.
ipvp.admin.config.helmed - Give access for set the helmed configuration.
ipvp.admin.config.amor - Give access for set the armor configuration.

I'm planning on taking this project over, and i don't think anyone else has filed a report so i'll get to work on updating script and assessing the progress already made and what needs to be done ASAP. :)
