The 'message of the day' (motd) is just a simple message saying that you use this plugin.

save_interval_seconds: 30

This is how often the plugin autosaves.

kick_on_cite: false

This decides if /cite will kick a player, or just send them a message.

ban_at_score: 5

When a player gets this score, they are automatically banned.

require_proof: false

If this is set to true, moderators will need to provide proof before an infraction is given.

You can add as many infraction names as you want to each level, they will all register in the plugin as infractions, these are just suggestions. You may change them without consequence.
