Removed LegacyConversion functionality for it was not needed.

Fixed bug that would create actual playable worlds if the user misstyped a world name, causing lag on the server. This was in response to this bug here

Fixed a bug that should have been fixed a while ago.

This has not been tested against 1.3.1 yet, so I cannot promise the plugin will function all the way on 1.3.1 servers yet. My goal is to have it ready by the first 1.3.1 RB though.

You will need to go through your plots.yml file for each world and if anyone's username is saved with any uppercase letters, change it to lowercase. The amount of time for me to program something that does this automatically is almost the same as adding in a brand new feature people could actually use, so I am hoping this isn't to much of a inconvenience to server admins. Just gotta do it once and for now on the plugin will do it for you for new users.
