Fix no-launch issues, along with command issues. If this upload doesnt work I give up

All the above are dev builds, which are the only ones that work with 1.2.x servers. If you run a legacy server, appropriate versions of the plugins should still work, but let me know if there are any issues and I will try to provide backwards compatibility.
