'Tween-World' is going to be a world generator integrated in Inception that basically connects two worlds by creating a third world, in which every chunk is an offset copy of the chunks in both worlds.
This is likely to inject code directly into the core of Minecraft to reduce lag, but I hope that I can offer a Bukkit only alternative.
