Great plugin. idea is very simple but something I have been looking since minecraft 1.0.

Few ideas which I would love to see.

1. Permissions for each enchant types.
identify.buy.armor
identify.buy.tools
identify.buy.weapons

2. Different base prices for each enchant types. (config).
levelprice-armor: 250
levelprice-tools: 250
levelprice-weapons: 250

3. Max level for each enchant types.
maxlvl-armor: 5
maxlvl-tools: 10
maxlvl-weapons: 4

If its anyhow possible, most of these options could be done with each enchant, but not necessary.

Currently this is nice for admins to use, but giving this option to players is bit of problem for us, since some of enchants are quite powerful.
