iAnnounce

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

OVERVIEW

This is one of the simplest broadcasting plugins. You've got your configurable delay, your message list, and a couple other things in config.yml. Change those to your liking, and you're good to go! Also supports colors, and has a custom prefix!
