Food bar being depleted even in gm1 #3

    It seems that with 1.7.2 the food bar is now being depleted even with creative mode on.

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. /gamemode 1
    2. Wait
    3. /gamemode 0
    4. Die of hunger.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Should not get hunger while in creative mode.
