    -Limiting which warps can be used while on horse maybe with a perm like (horsetools.warp[warpname]
    -Allowing only a limited amount of protected horses per player
    -allowing only protected horses to be used for warping ?
    -allowing players to teleport to their protected horses(this might require naming horses if tthere is more than one horses per player)
