What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. buy a horse
2. summon a horse in nether
3. splash a speed potion to horse
4. pass through nether gate
5. run a distance (maybe 100m)
6. summon horse again
7. dismiss horse (must do this before potion effect end)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in step 4 horse should dismiss automatically, but it doesn't happen.
in step 7 horse will be boosted permanently.
finally, horse was duplicated in nether.

What version of the product are you using?
Horses v1.1.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?
none

I love this plugin and hope this can be fixed.

:3 I've tested teleporting/using portals 10000000 times and it always despawns the horse instantly.
