What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Part of the server that I play on, Super-Earth, is starting to use horses as an item of the economy. There are some using spawned in horses using spawn eggs as a kind of "thoroughbred," however there is no way to guarantee that two horses from two different players using this plugin is different from these horses spawned in from spawn eggs. Therefore, could you add some option to disable breeding between horses of this plugin?
