Full Changelog

You MUST restart Bukkit to upgrade to 1.7.2. When Bukkit /reload's, the old JAR is still referenced as a resource as the new plugin is loading and as a result, v1.7.2 can't find a file in the JAR that it needs when starting up. The solution is to restart Bukkit. Or just put the new version into your plugins/upgrade folder and Bukkit will update it for you automatically when you next restart your server.
