• new feature: WorldGuard region-spawn support via "spawnWGregion" strategy

• new command: /setdefaultspawn to allow for defining the default spawn out of multiple named spawns that might exist in a world

v0.9 upgrade instructions

Nothing special if coming from v0.8, just install and go. Be sure to check out the updated config.yml for new options (such as costs and command usurping). If upgrading from a version prior to v0.8, be sure to read and follow THESE upgrade instructions first.
