Compatibility: Bukkit/Spigot 1.6.4, 1.7.2 to 1.7.10, and Cauldron/MCPC+ 1.6.4 and 1.7.2

• Updated for v.1.7.10
• Fixed /hd near causing errors.
• Partial workaround for monsters picking up items. There's no way to prevent them from picking up icons (Bukkit ticket still open: https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-3655) because they ignore the pickup delay, but now they will always pick stone instead of the real item. The item still disappears, a chunk reload or /hd reload fixes the problem.
