Note: compatible with Bukkit from 1.7.2 to 1.7.9, 1.6.4 and MCPC+ 1.6.4 and 1.7.2

• Removed all the /icon commands:
  • Now you just need to add or set a line in this format to add an icon:
    • ICON: material:data
    • example: /hd addline testHologram ICON: wool:15
    • The whole line must match the pattern, or you won't see the icon.
  • The old file "database-items.yml" will be removed automatically
• Fixed .delete() in API methods (for other plugins using HD's API)
