Minecraft limitations
- Text inside holograms is always facing the player.
- Holograms are always visible through walls.
- Text size cannot be changed. You can make it bold and uppercase to make it look bigger.
- Floating items inside holograms will constantly rotate and bob up and down.
Credits
- Asdjke for the original idea in vanilla.
- bobacadodl for making image support easier with this library.
- samczsun for the Server Pinger library.
Converting from other plugins

@alexmarkey
Found fix for this if you are experiencing scruching it is because the holograms are to enclosed Such as putting into a small house give it more room and i found that it fixes it.

It seems to only happen when there are players running around underneath it, also thought id mention it is not the angle i am looking at it from, it starts off as normal then after a few seconds it will scrunch up like that.
Another caveat aside from horse gods, after a server restart the horses that display the 'holograph' will not spawn. I actually need to use plug-man to manually reload the HolographicDisplays before they initially appear.
Running the latest version of Spigot, not sure if the horses aren't spawning at the start due to how Spigot does its thing. Or if this is an issue on the plug-in side.
suggestion - For the create command, could you add an optional parameter for the text file to create the hologram from. ie /hd create test logo.txt
@filoghost
Looks really nice,
There's a problem with other texturepacks and Symbols,
But nice work, love it ;D
btw, do you have a wiki or something like that for how to programm with this?
I'd like to make some holograph stuff for my server
@Baamoink
I use optifine and I don't see anything, so optifine is not the issue here
@filoghost
I asked another player on my server if they were able to see the 'horse gods', & showed him exactly where I can see them, but he wasn't able to. I told him to worship the horse gods more fervently before they would allow him to set eyes on their legs in the sky.
But more seriously, it could well be related to client-side settings in some manner, most possibly regarding the distance in which mobs are set to start appearing client side. I've got my client set so that I can see as much as possible from a distance as far as possible (Optifine being my only client mod). Although I can't recall any entity settings in Optifine...
@Baamoink Weird...I can't see them! Maybe increasing their age a bit more they won't be visible...I will try in the next version.

The horse gods! :)
@filoghost
Ok, thanks for the reply! Good job!
@elkidz It's not possible now, I will add that later.
Is it possible use that command " /hd readlines <name> <files> " but using .png instead of .txt files? Do something like Asdjke's video (02:37)...
@xH3LLRAIZ3Rx I just happened...but this time thanks to Asdjke's video :)
@KraftPlayerHD I will upload it once it's completed!
Oh that's how you did it... Very clever. Nice job.
Cloud you load your Code on GitHub?
I'm very interested in this Idea, maybe I would code a API!
Greetings from Germany
Timo
Filoghost you did it again
@arnofrutos Like Sehales said, is not possible.
@arnofrutos
I don't think that this is possible, due to the fact that the "holograms" are technically only nametags of invisible animals (horses) and how the text will be displayed is controlled by your client, not by the server.
Excited!
Ehm maybe add a option to keep a holographic stuck in one direction. Would be really nice for one of my upcoming servers
