the plugin is in the folder but the server witch is based off diarwoulf20's craftbukkit 1.2.5 doesnt see the plugin or im just too much of a noob to get it to work, the known commands from the "" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/highvoltage/pages/commands-permissions/" page do not show up
i hope this is enough info for you to help me thank you in advance for helping me.

please do note that i am new to servers
This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-jenkins-CraftBukkit-162 (MC: 1.2.5) (Implementing API version 1.2.5-R4.1-MCPC-SNAPSHOT)

if you could get back to me on my ticket please and thank you i made this ticket a couple of months ago and still haven't herd anything from you is this a dead plugin?

the plugin is now updated to 1.5.2 try it now. before it was for 1.2.5 and unlikely to work. also if your running direwolf's mod pack that is forgemod loader and you would need bukkiforge to run bukkit plugins
