Herobrine overrides MultiVerse monster spawn config #76

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    I am running Bukkit 1.5.2-R1.0 with Herobrine 7.1.5. We have several worlds configured via Multiverse-Core. The world in question has monster spawns disabled.

          monsters:
           ==: MVSpawnSubSettings
           spawn: 'false'
           spawnrate: '-1'
           exceptions: []

    Despite this Herobrine was able to trigger a MobAttack event and spawn monsters bypassing the MultiVerse config.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    That the MobAttack event would either fail or would result in nothing happening.

    What version of the product are you using?
    7.1.5

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
