Now the broadcaster is tested and does work

+ Added /hellower, which displays all of the commands, permission: hellower.hellower (by default true)

+ added /hellowreload, which reloads the hellower config (hellower.reload, default to ops)

+ set the hellow.hellow and hellow.hellower to default, so you don't have to add these
