Version 1.4 Changelog:

• Added config options (please delete your old config.yml)
• Re-compiled against 1.4.6-R0.2

• Heads stack by data value, not by player name, so if you have a player head in your inventory, this will add another of the same to the stack.
• Heads are case sensitive
