What is the problem?
This:
2012-07-23 22:49:59 [SEVERE] [HawkEye] Exception: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: Duplicate entry '96553560' for key 'PRIMARY'
Is spammed in the console.
I've looked at the database. Entry 96553560 not only doesn't have a duplicate, but it also DOESN'T EXIST.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
