Chest transactions on double chests doesn't work, or nor correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put Something in a Double-Chest and put it out.
2. Check left side and right side of the chest with the HE Tool

result:
* I can check both, left and right side of the chest, so HE has to handle a double chest as ONE chest, not as two
* It doesn't log the transactions, it show's nothing, only "changed air-to-chest" or "open-container"
* SOMETIMES it shows some transactions, but only on the left side and all transactions (number of items) are doubled
* Single Chests works fine.

No Console Errors. It's since, I think, around MC 1.2 ....
