    What is the problem?

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.on devbukkit, click download
    2.open the zip
    3.it is ONLY the web interface, and not the plugin itself.

    What version of HawkEye are you using (shown in console during start-up)?

    Oh please man, take the time to read.

    When you click on download the title of the page is "Web Interface v1.0.7d"

    If you want hawkeye just click the right link : http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/hawkeye/files/17-hawk-eye-v1-0-7b/

    This version works of course.
