    What is the problem? Custom queries against the database require a lot of language mapping to be human readable.  Having the language translation data stored directly in the database will allow for easier custom queries.

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Create a custom query using an SQL client
    2. Spend a lot of time creating case statements and/or custom tables to translate id codes into human readable format
