Initial release.

Features at this time:

• Regulation of access to chests, Ender chests, workbenches, furnaces, dispensers, and brewing stands.
• Permissions nodes for each of the aforementioned blocks. They default to true, so access is restricted via negative nodes (ex. -handsoffmychest.*)
