Welcome to GuestGuard!

GuestGuard is a plugin created by lupus and ludo0777, in an attempt to make a simple plugin to limit what guests on your server can do.

Features:

Players can only do what you allow them to with certain permissions.
All permissions default to op
Easy and quick to use

Permissions:

guestguard.build: Allows you to place and break blocks.
guestguard.chat: Allows you to chat.
guestguard.drop: Allows you to drop items
guestguard.pickup: Allows you to pickup items
guestguard.portal: Allows you to use portals
guestguard.teleport: Allows you to teleport
guestguard.bucket: Allows you to use buckets
guestguard.ignite: Allows you to set fire to blocks
guestguard.takedamage: Allows you to take damage
guestguard.damageothers: Allows you to damage other players

Configuration:

stopChat: Should players without the permission be blocked from chatting
stopPlace: Should players without the permission be blocked from placing blocks
stopBreak: Should players without the permission be blocked from breaking blocks
stopPickup: Should players without the permission be blocked from pickup items
stopDrop: Should players without the permission be blocked from dropping items
stopDropCreative: Should creative players be blocked from dropping items
stopPortal: Should players without the permission be blocked from using portals
stopTeleport: Should players without the permission be blocked from teleporting
stopBucketUse: Should players without the permission be blocked from using buckets
stopIgnite: Should players without the permission be blocked from setting fire to blocks
stopTakingDamage: Should players without the permission be stopped from taking damage
stopDamageOthers: Should players without the permission be blocked from damaging other players

Maybe add a command to change the Settings such as StopChat:

/gguard [function] [true/false]

Example:

/gguard stopChat true /gguard stopTakingDamage false

Similar to like the Gamerules work...

Realy Cool work you have done, Congrats.
I will use it as soon as it's Up-to-Date.

I'm allso getting the "[SEVERE] Could not pass event BlockIgniteEvent to GuestGuard v.07" error and i think it's because the plugin isn't up to date. Please fix soon :)

Hey, My server still has this problem whith the spamming of the massage :
[SEVERE] Could not pass event BlockIgniteEvent to GuestGuard v0.7
Please fix it ! because it is Really annoing... Thank you :)

Been reorganising the code and at my last test there didn't seem to be any errors, so I am not sure if I fixed it or it just happens to work for me.

Problem still remains;

[SEVERE] Could not pass event BlockIgniteEvent to GuardGuard v0.7 followed by a spam of error messages.

Can this be fixed otherwise, everyone will be removing this plugin from their servers.

Hello,

Apparently, I am still getting the ignite entity spam that others were getting and I am currently using 0.7. Are there still people getting this error? Seems to happen more often whenever I idle. :(

Can you add an option for Read-Only chests for guests? I want guests to be able to look in chests but not be able to take stuff. Also maybe add a command that makes certain chests write-able by guests while the rest are protected.

Anyone having problems with BlockIgniteEvent: Try disabling it in the config.

A fix for the newest update with the blockignite and the start up error is version 0.5.1
