New Release. Still in some testing phases, but it works well as far as I can tell

You may get errors with player logging out and back in between/after/and during reloads. If you get these, just know that I'm working on it. Most "kinks" causing data corruption and misconstrued permissions should be fixed.

The reason it will add a player to the list of players that have permissions, is because each logged in player by default is within the "default" group. I will eventually change this in the future so you only have to mess with one interface to know if the player is actually permissible
