Updated to 1.7.2 – after 1.5 years I am updating this plugin again

Names over NPC heads (and new command: /blacksmith names)

NPC sounds on interaction! (new command: /blacksmith sound blacksmith_name minecraft_sound. And new config value for each NPC)

Fixed some minor bugs. Yeah, I know: 1.5 years and just minor bugs.
