Grief Prevention
AUTOMATICALLY PREVENTS ALL FORMS OF GRIEF, including build/break, theft, spam, fire, spawn camping, lava dumping, chat trolling, advertising and more, so you don't have to undo any damage after the fact. It even teaches players how to use it so you don't have to! No configuration or database required. Stop responding to grief and prevent it instead. Grief Prevention will solve your grief problems without requiring you to manage a roster of trained administrators, juggle 10 different anti-grief plugins, take away cool standard game features, publish a training manual / tutorial for players, or add explanatory signs to your world. You can also choose to integrate PvP elements into build design to finally get a PvP experience befitting a sandbox game about creative building.
Grief Prevention stops grief before it starts automatically without any effort from administrators, and with very little (self service) effort from players. Solve all your grief problems with a single download, no database, and no configuration step.

Please Vote for Grief Prevention
I've also posted Grief Prevention on the Spigot site, where plugins are ranked based on reviews. If you love GP, please take a couple of minutes to give GP your rating and leave a short review. Better rating and positive reviews will help server owners who look for plugins on the Spigot site make the safe choice (GP) instead of downloading something sketchy or incomplete. :) Thanks so much for all your support!

In reply to Forge_User_05748686:
What perms would I need to give only certain players to use / see this plugin? We really only want to protect a pertty good size spawn, but dont want players to use this at this time.

"A suggestion for siege: During looting period allow victors to break a configurable number of blocks with a configurable radius around chests.
And I would also like to inquire about re-adding explosions during siege then as soon as siege is over it regenerates.
Thank you!"
YES YES YES!!!!! Yes please add what JavaInvader said!!!!! Some servers out here are living off of this plugin and that idea will help bring back some pvp the server lost, we need this back very badly.
It was the only true drive to fight but now everything is technically unsiegeable.... if you could think on this ALOT and add this back you have no idea the positive impact you will have on so many servers! I have been on mine for a few years and once you guys took away the explosions and the regeneration pvp took a major drop and this is our only chance if you can seriously take a chance on re- adding this!
Im on my knees pleading with you right now lol I dont know what else I have to do to explain to you how BADLY we need this!!! ......
Thanks again!!

Is it possible to disable that items don't drop on death all together and make it so they aren't protected from pvp at all?
What version should I use for my 1.8.8 to 1.8.9 server?

Is there a way to enable/disable claims on a per world basis?
Yes, it's the first section in the config.
Hello. I have a question regarding your addon.
I have made it so my VIPs override the claim limit, which currently limits every player to one claim. In your documentation it said that the overrideclaimlimit defaults to unlimited. How would I go about making it so my VIPs can only claim 3 total claims?
