7.6.1 Fixes!

• Fixed the null pointer exception in the logs. For the curious, this was happening when players are protected from PvP in land claims and also the attacker is standing in the wilderness (no land claim) while the defender is not.

• Players who are protected from PvP may no longer start sieges (if you don't know what this means, don't worry - siege mode is turned off by default).
