7.0.1 Fixes!

• When fire burn/spread is off, fire placed on burnable blocks (fence, grass, leaves, planks, wood slabs, etc) will burn out instead of staying lit forever.

• The /claimslist command will now work correctly from the console (again).

• When automatically cleaning up a claim after it expires (or in creative mode due to an administrative /deleteclaim), ALL of the claim will be cleaned up. Previously, a few slivers of blocks might have remained unchanged in some cases.
