4.9.1 Fixes!

• Players can no longer abuse the "lava and netherack" claim visualization to destroy blocks at the corners of claims.

• Players can no longer buy a negative amount of claim blocks to fatten their wallets.

• Trees will now grow in claims even when the claim owner is offline.
