2.7 Update!

• When anti spawn camping protection is on, added a 1 minute delay after respawning before the player can pick up items. This prevents griefers from effectively camping by tossing items on the spawn point.

• Added /IgnoreClaims to toggle ignore claims mode on and off. It defaults to off.

• Added text colors. Woohoo!
