2.0 Updates!

This is not a major version update, just an incremental update from 1.9, which rolled us over to 2.0.

• Most commands have abbreviated aliases.

• Survival-mode players may now "give away" an item stack to an offline player by left-clicking that player's chest.

• Login cooldown kick is how high priority, for better compatibility with PopulationDensity.

• Cooldown period for /trapped is now customizable.

• No more protection warning for chests when anti-theft is disabled.
