- Fixed some errors in the event handlers.

- Fixed multi-world issues.

- Fixed zombie spawning. Whenever there already is a zombie, no other zombie will spawn there.

- Zombies can also spawn when you break the grave.

- Fixed items flying everywhere when you break the gravel.
