Basic Description:

The wither was introduced in 1.4 but there has been problems with players using it to greif protected areas.

How It works:
This plugin disables the wither via not letting players place the heads to create it. You get a warning and then a ban.

Commands:
There are no commands to the plugin but I intend to add some later suc as an unbanner as right now you have to go to the logs and delete the name out of the game.

Conclusion:
The point it to stop withers from blowing stuff up on servers that can not protect everything. This will stop the end of people spawing withers. Its intended use would be to stop people greifing spawns as withers are hard to stop being crafted banning their heads automaticly stop the wither spawning.
