As requested by other players before I would love to have a  more fine-grained control over the Holyland.
For example a "max radius" setting would be helpful and also an option to adjust how much the holyland expands per power/believer.

As a side-effect min/max distances between altars would be tasty, too.

Ok, I will add config options for all of the above.
