What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I often find I am surprised by the change in mood of my god, even if I have been praying regularly.  I know I can check /gods info, but if I am busy building it can be a while before I remember.  The ability to make a sign like the signs in Essentials that displays the name of my goddess, and her mood, would help me and my players greatly.

Please provide any additional information below:-

My apologies if this is a big ask, I know it is possible, as other plugins (eg the mob arena and TF2 plugins) allow the dynamic updating of text of signs, but I don't not now how difficult this effect is to achieve.
