Can't create Gods #147

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Placing down blocks with torches and signs with a name and nothing happens. The permissions are all there and I have even opped myself. Nothing. The plugin is running b/c I can go through the commands, get help, reload config, etc. But Gods are not being created when an altar is built and I have no clue why.

    What version of the product are you using?
    0.7.9 Beta

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors are being thrown, even in debug mode

    Which permission manager are you using? There has been some issues with GroupManager which has been fixed in 0.8.2
