What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would much appreciate configurable timings/adjustments (or at least information) for how often (and how many in a row) each believer can invoke the effects for eating the wrong and the right food, as well as kill holy/unholy creature. This is also connected to mood issues in previous tickets (near impossible to keep mood going positive direction)

Again, having a main setting in config.yml, that can be overridden (but doesnt have to), for a specific god would be awesome. Thanks for considering.
