    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.When Holylands is active mobs can't be killed in area were an alter is build.
    Config for Holyland
    HolyLand:
      Enabled: true
      MinRadius: 30
      MaxRadius: 1000
      RadiusPrPower: 1.25
      DefaultPvP: false
      DefaultMobDamage: true
      Lightning: false
      BreakableBlockTypes:
      - SMOOTH_BRICK
