- Holyland now implemented
- Holyland permission node gods.holyland : When player has it, he is affected by holyland (i.e he cant build in other God's holylands)
- Removed items as a type of sign and commandment blessing. It was spoiling too many peoples item-based economies.
- No longer removes a whitelisted God with a minimum power just because he does not have believers
- Fixed possible exceptions when leaving a God
