Permissions Database
The permissions database will be a database of permssions that can't be retrieved from the plugin's plugin.yml. What I mean by this, is, as explained elsewhere, GetPerms can only retrieve permissions from a plugin only if it is in [plugin_name].jar/plugin.yml. Some plugins do not provide permissions here, such as Essentials. The database will contain these certain plugin's permissions, from which GetPerms will pull permissions from only if you use that specific plugin. This will be configurable in the upcoming config file.
Important note: The permissions in this database only represent one version of the listed plugin. The version represented in the list may not reflect the latest version of the plugin.
