What is the issue? Gates plus plugin make items from creative drop.

Please provide any additional information below.

I download this plugin I follow the step in the video and it was working perfectly for a day. Then 1 hour later the Blocks from creative start dropping like your in survival. I remove this plugin and it stop dropping blocks . Note: I did not install any other plugins or make additional changes to my files. Also I remove my whole plugins and just left the gate plus and it was still doing it. -Thanks for  taking your time reading this problem.
